1. GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Creating a lasting first impression
  • Arrivals & check-ins
  • Service flow + coms
  • Connections team + simple next steps
  • Follow-up

2. GOD-ENCOUNTERS

  • Expectation (create an atmosphere of faith and possibility)
  • Always be prayerful (‘Read the room’)
  • Honour the moments (remove distraction + noise)
  • Watch for response
