LINC College’s Leadership Development Experience (LDE) is a dynamic, faith-based programme designed to help students become physically, emotionally, and spiritually grounded, coming alive in every area of their lives. Through the LDE, students grow in leadership, discover their God-given purpose, and learn to deliver excellence in the world. Practical, transformative, and fully immersive, the LDE is a launchpad for life and endless possibilities, preparing every student to step boldly into their next chapter.

ACADEMICS
FIRST SEMESTER
In Semester 1, students dive into Integrated Leadership Dynamics through a structured, biblically integrated curriculum that builds a strong foundation.
SECOND SEMESTER
In Semester 2, the focus shifts outward to Effective Collaboration, where students apply leadership principles in real-world ministry and outreach settings.
THE 4 PILLARS TO COMING ALIVE:
The Leadership Development Experience, a one-year immersive leadership experience, built on innovative programming and intentionally crafted to develop students across four core pillars.

Real-World Ministry Training
Hands-on ministry that builds confidence, sharpens practical skills, and helps students discover their potential. With a solid foundation in ministry training, students are equipped and released to lead boldly, influencing every sphere of society with purpose and impact.
Accredited Education
In partnership with CGTS (QCTO-accredited), students earn recognized credits in courses such as Student Ministry, Biblical & Theological Foundations, and Entrepreneurship Ministry — ensuring the year has tangible, meaningful qualifications.
Personal Development
The programme shapes character, strengthens leadership, builds healthy disciplines, and invests in spiritual formation through mentorship, strengths coaching, and exposure to leaders in communication, business, outreach, and leadership.
Transformative Experiences
We believe you grow when you go. Students push beyond their comfort zones with epic local trips, from the Drakensberg to Cape Town and Hilton, and exciting cross-border missions in Lesotho or Mozambique. learning to lead and grow in diverse, challenging contexts.

A WEEK ON CAMPUS LOOKS LIKE: Engaging classes, hands-on ministry, on and off-campus study, and meaningful serving — all within a life-giving community where faith, friendships, and purpose come alive.
FAITH IN MOTION: Be part of some awesome midweek church gatherings, discipleship groups, worship nights, Young Adult connect nights, and Sunday Church life.
LEARNING TO LEAD: Opportunities to lead, mentor, and grow through our youth and Next Gen gatherings, small groups, School SCA groups, Sundays, weekly devotions and of course Summer Camp!
HEALTH & WELLNESS – Weekly fitness classes built into your weekly rhythm, including Hyrox sessions, functional training, and running. Each term, the college crew are expected to complete a fitness assessment and set new goals.
COMMUNITY & FUN: It looks like “Fury Fridays,” Young Guns nights, social hangouts, and creative spaces for music, media, film and design.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE: From community service and outreach projects to mission trips that stretch and inspire, our college crew rolls up their sleeves every week. Through the Linc Foundation Homework Club, students mentor and tutor underprivileged children, helping them thrive in their studies and future.
