FIRST SEMESTER ACADEMICS
In Semester 1 students explore Integrated Leadership Dynamics through a structured, biblically integrated cirriculum.
• Term One focuses on finding freedom and vision.
• Term Two strengthens character and elevates competence.
SECOND SEMESTER ACADEMICS
In the second semester the focus shifts outwards to Effective Collaboration – applying leadership in real-world ministry and outreach.
• Term Three inspires students to engage in local and international outreach.
• Term Four equips them to build and strengthen the local and global church.

We believe that everyone can be an effective leader—it doesn’t matter where you come from, your level of education, ethnicity, or background. Throughout the year, we have been intentional about creating spaces that challenge, refine, and grow your leadership abilities within your church context, and empower you to lead yourself well. No matter where you end up in life, you are going to be an effective leader. We have included leadership-focused content as part of the tuition that students will engage with throughout the year.
DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE
We believe, according to Scripture, that we are all called to belong to Jesus and to glorify Him in everything we do. We also believe that each individual is purposed for a unique calling—whether it’s in ministry or being a force to be reckoned with in the workplace. Over the course of the two semesters, we have set up intentional lectures, courses, and experiences that will help you discover what God has purposed for your life. We will help you identify your unique gifts so that you can operate effectively in your purpose.

Each individual that joins this programme comes in with a certain level of character and competence. One thing we like to say here at Linc College is: Competence gets you into the room, but character keeps you there. At Linc College, we will do our best through mentors, facilitators, and coaches to help you refine your character and elevate your competence. No matter where you find yourself after this programme, you will be equipped to deliver excellence in your world.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Rooted in the truth that all Scripture is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16), our curriculum is built on Biblical Foundations. Through LDE Equips, carefully selected reading materials, and personal assessments, students engage deeply with Scripture and its application to leadership, character and calling.
Our academic journey is designed to equip students for real-world impact by developing both personal growth and leadership effectiveness.
ALL-IN TRACKS
During the experience, we have included All-In Tracks for all our students throughout the year. These tracks consist of Leadership Communication, Business, Outreach, and Pastoral Theology classes and will take place on campus in a lecture-style format. Because we believe in equipping our students well, we have partnered with facilitators who are considered professionals in their sphere of influence.
STREAMS EXPERIENCE
IN-HOUSE EXPERT-LED TRAINING IN NEXT GEN STREAM & CREATIVE STREAM.
The Leadership Development Experience also offers a Streams Experience. Our Streams Experience is specifically designed for the different ministries within our church where students will receive in-house, expert-led, hands-on training in the following areas:
NEXT GEN STREAM: Youth, Transit, Kids Ministry
CREATIVE STREAM: Worship, Digital Media, Broadcast, Production & Design
For the first semester, all our students will take part in all streams offered, giving them broad hands-on experience in our church ministries. In the second semester, after six months of experiencing the different streams, students will have the opportunity to choose the area they want to focus on and specialise in.
